Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, cashier’s check, or money order. Please contact us at sales@tieronefirearms.com for instructions on how to pay with a cashier’s check or money order. Cash is accepted for local pickup. We take chargebacks on credit cards very seriously; if a chargeback is received for the purchase of a firearm, the ATF will be notified, and a stolen firearm report will be filed.
Pickup
Local pick-up can be made by appointment where all background and transfer paperwork will be completed.
Shipping
All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 72 hours for orders to be processed and tracking information to be provided. All firearms must ship to an FFL. We will be happy to assist you in choosing an FFL near you. We must have a copy on file of your chosen FFL if we do not already have it on file, they can email us a copy to FFL@tieronefirearms.com
Most handguns will ship via USPS priority express, as it is now the most cost effective, and long guns, will ship via UPS. We ship only to the lower 48. We do not ship to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Please remember it is your responsibility to know that the item you are purchasing is legal in the City, County, State you live in. If your FFL does not accept shipment and the item is returned you will incur shipping charges both ways and restocking fees listed below.
Refunds and Returns
All ammunition sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned. If you purchase a firearm and wish to cancel the order prior to shipping, a refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee. Once your firearm is shipped and received by the FFL, please inspect the firearm thoroughly prior to leaving the FFL. If it is damaged or not functioning properly, do not pick the firearm up. Contact us so that we can arrange for the firearm to be shipped back to us and a replacement sent to you. If you pick up the firearm, it is yours and cannot be returned to us. You must contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims. If you are denied the sale due to the background check or simply change your mind, a refund will be issued less any shipping fees for sending the firearm to the FFL and for returning it to us, plus a 25% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to know whether you may own the type of firearm you are purchasing and if you are legally allowed to own a firearm. All other products may be returned in their original unopened package for a refund less a 15% restocking fee to cover our shipping costs to you. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after we receive the item and inspect it. If you are eligible, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.
